These are the published amounts referred to in the Terms and Conditions. All prices in euros, taxes included. One item = one contract; amounts apply per item.
1. Subscription tiers

Each product page states the tier of the product. From month 13, the monthly fee decreases by 10 € (e.g. FLEX 39 → 29 €/month from month 13). The monthly schedule applicable to your contract is stated in your order.
2. Buy-out
Available from month 6. The buy-out price is the product’s retail price, less a progressive discount, less the six monthly fees of your lock-in period:
Buy-out price = retail price − discount − (6 × monthly fee)

Only the first six months of subscription are credited; payments beyond month 6 are not deducted.
Example — F-One Wing, retail 1 149 €, FLEX 39: at M6, 1 149 € − 30 % − 234 € = 570.30 €; at M12, 455.40 €; at M18, 340.50 €.
3. End of term (month 24)
Where a contract reaches month 24 without being resolved (Terms, Section 4.3), the settlement price is the month-24 buy-out price: retail price − 50 % − (6 × monthly fee).
4. Termination (dry exit)
If you return your gear without buy-out, switch or renewal, after the 6-month lock-in:

5. Switch
Available from month 6. Any switch or renewal starts a fresh 6-month lock-in on the next product.

Logistics are handled by Flex Up; shipping costs are the Client’s responsibility.
A switch or renewal opens a new contract, with its own first payment when the new product ships or is picked up; the previous contract runs until the previous product is received back (Terms, Sections 14–15). Where you hold both products at the same time, both monthly fees are due — the timing is in your hands. Exchanges at our physical service points are product-for-product, with no overlap at all. Where we ship your new product before receiving the previous one (so you are never without equipment) and a significant overlap results despite your prompt return, you may request a refund of the last monthly payment of the closed contract — we grant it where those conditions are met (Terms, Section 14.4).

8. Preparation and transport
Preparation and transport fees, where applicable, are stated in your order before payment and charged with the first monthly payment.
