WHAT IS FLEXcare?

FLEXcare is Flex Up’s optional value protection plan. It reduces the value compensation applied when equipment is returned with repair history — Optimum covers 75%, Premium covers 100%.
In cases of severe damage (franchise threshold), FLEXcare also modifies the franchise percentage.

FLEXcare does not cover repair costs (always the subscriber’s responsibility) or overuse compensation.

For intensive riders, we recommend regular Switches as the most effective way to avoid overuse assessments.

HOW DO I TERMINATE MY SUBSCRIPTION?

– If under 6 months, you need to settle the outstanding fees.
– After 6 months, you can exit your subscription at any time, no questions asked. A dry exit means returning the product with no buyout, no switch, and no renewal — it is priced as a rental consumption and decreases the longer you stay:
– Month 6–12: €179
– Month 12–18: €149
– Month 18–24: €119

– When the product is received in good condition, the contract closes immediately. Any started month is due. If damage is found upon return, Flex Care penalties apply separately.

Note: At month 6, your total effective cost (subscription + exit fee) works out to approximately €65.67/month — over 5× cheaper than the rental market rate of €355/month per item.

CAN I EXCHANGE PRODUCTS DURING MY SUBSCRIPTION?

You can switch your equipment anytime for a fee of €79. You can also buy SWITCH BOXES for a package of switches at a reduced rate.

DO YOU ASK FOR DEPOSIT?

Yes, we do ask for a deposit. The deposit amount varies based on the subscription category and is cumulative per item. To secure the deposit and provide our customers with peace of mind, we use Swikly, a trusted intermediary platform. This ensures that the deposit process is seamless and doesn’t impact your card limits, offering a secure and hassle-free way to manage deposits.

WHAT ABOUT DAMAGES?

In case of damage, you have two options:
– Repair the equipment yourself before returning it
– Return it as-is and we will handle the repair (billed separately).

In both cases, the repair cost is your responsibility.
Separately, Flex Up assesses the value compensation — the market value gap between your equipment in normal condition and its value as a repaired item, at the same point in time.

If you have a FLEXcare plan, this amount is reduced accordingly (Optimum: 75% covered, Premium: 100% covered).
If damage is severe (XXL level), a franchise applies instead.

FLEXcare also modifies the franchise percentage you pay.

Made with our specific technology called Injected Carbon, our foils and stabilizers are very tough and durable. This technology makes our IC6 foils a lot more ding-resistant than conventional carbon wings. It features an aluminum insert at its core to provide extra resistance and better stiffness. The foil is bolted to the fuselage using two in-line and two offset screws, resulting in a geometry that ensures a very solid and rigid assembly.

This foil is not only versatile but also very intuitive and predictable. The take-off is progressive and the ride in the air is super smooth. You always have complete control of your speed and path and can make the most of your freeriding sessions.

The front wing area is 950 cm², which is ideal for a wide range of uses. With more lift, the IC6 V.3 is extremely easy to learn on, to improve fast, and to have fun no matter your skill level. Its elaborate design will enable you to ride at a very low speed or accelerate whenever needed while maintaining great maneuverability and fantastic carving potential.

The IC6 950 V.3 is designed for anyone looking to purchase a foil for the first time and progress with it, or simply to have a versatile setup that brings high enjoyment on the water. The recommended fuselage and mast are made of aluminum. The mast plugs directly into the fuselage. The IC6 foil provides a stable and balanced setup and should be equipped with a 70 cm aluminum fuselage for kite foiling. An 80 cm fuselage is also available for windfoiling.
